11. New Jersey Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. New Jersey's Open Public Records Act is codified at N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., but it applies to records held by its covered custodians, not to this private reference. Address protections under Daniel's Law, P.L. 2020 c.125 and P.L. 2021 c.371, remain applicable where a record is protected.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
